Ivy Booking is a booking system for DJs and the people who manage their bookings: their agency and their manager. It gives each artist a booking page, and keeps their bookings, calendar, invoices and finances in one place. These terms are between you and Ivy Booking.
Ivy Booking is by invitation. Each person has their own login, and nobody shares one. Keep your password to yourself, and use two-step sign-in if you can. You are responsible for what is done with your login. Do not use Ivy Booking for anything unlawful, or to send people messages they did not ask for.
The Ivy Booking team can change an artist's page details, such as its profile, booking rules, booking page and invoice details. The page's owner is told by email each time. The team cannot open anyone's bookings, buyers, invoices or finances.
An artist on their own pays LKR 6,500 a month, after 30 free days. An agency pays for a package of artists, with extra artists and team seats on top. Each account has its own month. The invoice is emailed 7 days before the month ends and is due when it ends. If it is not paid within 3 days of the due date, the account is locked until it is: everyone on it can still sign in, the booking pages stop taking requests, and nothing is lost. What is paid is not refunded.
Ivy Booking records bookings between artists and the people who book them. It is not a party to any booking, and it never holds or moves money between a buyer and an artist. Fees, advances, refunds and what happens on the night are between the buyer and the artist's team, under the artist's own terms.
What is kept, who can see it, and how a buyer can have their details removed are set out in the privacy policy. An artist can export their bookings at any time.
An artist can close their page at any time. Nobody can then open it, its subscription stops, and nothing is deleted. Ivy Booking can suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that has not paid.
If these terms change, we will say so in the app before the change applies.
